Harrison Keller Presents the Art of Lesley Harrison

Commissions

An Invitation - The amazing realism of Lesley Harrison's paintings is treasured by the many people who have Susan and the Little Fox asked her to paint their beloved family members, whether they be people or animals. Her work is collected all over the world. Creating a painting of a special horse, dog, or child is still one of her greatest joys because this is what makes people the happiest - having one of their own immortalized.

About Commissioned Portraits - Conner And His PonyWe receive many inquiries about commissions. Here are answers to a few of the main questions we receive.

What Exactly Is A Commission ? A commissioned portrait is a one-of-a-kind painting of a specific subject that is done by an artist for a client.

What Medium Is Used? Lesley Harrison paints in pastel - a pure pigment that dates back to the 16th Century. All paintings are professionally framed and ready to hang upon delivery.

How Long Does It Take? Most commissions are completed within 6 to 8 months from the time you contact us, but MUST be ordered in advance, especially if it is to be a gift.

How Much Does A Commissioned Portrait Cost? Pricing is determined by the size and number of subjects in the painting. The larger the painting and the more subjects in the painting, the more it costs. A down payment is required when commissions are accepted.
